At Condies we actively encourage our staff to perform to the best of their ability.

Because we currently operate in a 'paperlight' environment, most team members have dual flat screens.  Our audit process is completely paperless, and our state-of-the-art document handling software will render conventional paper files obsolete in the not too distant future.  All of this will assist with remote access and flexible working.

We understand the importance of training both to the development of our staff and to the quality of the work we can expect them to do, and this was recognised in 2001 when we received our initial Investors in People accreditation.  This has been renewed twice since then, emphasising our commitment to Investors in People principles.

All staff receive a combination of on the job training, and attend internal and external training courses relevant to their work. In many cases, the firm will support an employee's attendance at a further education college to obtain additional qualifications.

After a short qualifying period with the firm, every employee is entitled to join our contracted out staff pension scheme, which also includes group permanent health insurance and death-in-service cover. In addition, the management team are provided with private medical cover through BUPA.
