Ian MP Condie CA - Senior Partner

Ian M P Condie

Ian qualified as a CA in 1975, and after a short time at a leading international firm joined Condies in 1976 as a partner. Following the retirement of four partners in 1984, Ian was instrumental in reshaping the firm to position it for the challenges ahead. He became senior partner in 1988 at the age of 35, and has overseen a period of rapid growth and increasing diversification in the range of services provided by the firm. Ian created Condies Health in 2001, a division of Condies which provides the highest quality of specialist financial and accountancy advice to medical professionals.

George Primrose - Managing Partner

George Primrose

George qualified as a CA in 1979, and completed his training at a Big Four international accountancy firm.

He became a partner at Condies in 1987 and was elected managing partner in 2003.  George also heads up the firm's corporate finance team, Condies Strategy.

As well as advising his clients, George is responsible for implementing a long-term strategic development plan for Condies. This has included a re-branding of the firm as well as a number of high profile marketing initiatives.

Outside of Condies, George is President of the Rotary Club of West Fife and Vice-President of the Scottish Chartered Accountants Benevolent Association.

Alan Condie CA - Partner

Alan Condie

Alan attained a Bachelor of Commerce from Edinburgh University in 1977. He joined the family firm of Condie & Co in 1977, qualified as a CA in 1979 and became a partner in the firm in 1983.

His external interests have included an active role on the Lauder College Board of Management since incorporation in 1993, including Chairmanship for three years. Alan was recognised in October 2004 for his outstanding service to the Board and College by being awarded Fellowship of Lauder College (now Carnegie College), only the fourth person in the history of the College to have this honour bestowed on them.

David Terms CA - Partner

David Terms

David qualified as a CA in 1977 and after 6 years with a Big Four accounting firm he joined Condie & Co in 1985.

He became a partner in the firm in 1987 and has specialised in advising clients in the hospitality and licensed trade sector for over 20 years.

David is Chairman of the Year of the Fife Licensed Trade Association which represents 150 members in the county.

Graham Pascall CA - Deputy Managing Partner

Graham Pascall

Graham has over 25 years experience in a variety of sectors, helping clients from start-up companies to long established firms. He qualified as a CA in 1980, and joined Condie & Co. in 1987 from a large international accounting firm. He became a partner in the firm in 1991 and was elected deputy managing partner in 2003.

Ian McBride CA - Partner

Ian McBride

Ian qualified as a CA in 1985 and is managing director of Condies IT, a wholly owned subsidiary of Condies which offers a comprehensive range of technology and networking services.

Ian also heads up our wealth management subsidiary, Condies Wealth Strategies Limited.

Pauline Hogg CA - Partner

Pauline Hogg

Pauline joined the firm in 2004 and was appointed partner on 1st April 2006. Pauline trained as a chartered accountant with a practice in Leith and after qualifying moved to a large Edinburgh-based accounting firm where she spent seven years, acting for GP's and other professionals.

Her primary role at Condies involves working alongside senior partner Ian Condie to further expand Condies Health, a division of Condies which provides the highest quality of specialist financial and accountancy advice to medical professionals.

Cliff Fleming - Partner

Cliff  Fleming

Cliff joined the firm as partner in 2010 from Baker Tilly where he managed an extensive portfolio of owner-operated businesses. Using his skills in business strategy and development, Cliff specialises in facilitating client’s in their plans to achieve business and personal goals. This is supported by traditional tax and accountancy services.
