At Condies. we actively encourage our staff to perform to the best of their ability. Every employee is provided with an up-to-date (presently Pentium III or IV) PC either on their desk or as a laptop, with access to all the software required to do their job. This includes on-line access to numerous sources of reference material as well as to our extensive database.

We understand the importance of training both to the development of our staff and to the quality of the work we can expect them to do, and this was recognised in 2001 when we received Investors in People accreditation.

All staff receive a combination of on the job training, and attend internal and external training courses relevant to their work. In many cases, the firm will support an employee's attendance at a further education college to obtain additional qualifications.

After a short qualifying period with the firm, every employee is entitled to join our contracted out staff pension scheme, which also includes group permanent health insurance and death-in-service cover. In addition, the Managing staff are provided with private medical cover through BUPA.
