We’ve had client goals range from owning their own home to being able to walk the dog more often. Everybody’s success gaps are different and will likely evolve over time. With this process there is no wrong answer. |

Condies Strategy is step-by-step facilitation to bridge the success gap.
We are not management consultants. We will not take the watch from your wrist and tell you the time. We do not tell clients what they want. They tell us by answering the following three questions and we facilitate them in getting there:
- Where are they now?
- Where do they want to go?
- How are they going to get there?
The Strategy engagement process is not a quick fix or a one-off exercise as clients have to commit to ongoing step-by-step improvement. We assist them by breaking the apparently insurmountable challenges into bitesize mouthfuls. Our involvement is as much or as little as required, whether this represents monthly or quarterly progress meetings or simply being available at the end of the phone. At Condies Strategy we talk less and listen more, moving from bean-counter to confidant and trusted adviser – the client relationship we aspire to.
