Pauline joined the firm in 2004 and was appointed partner in April 2006, progressing to the Managing Partner role in October 2016. She is very involved in further expanding Condies Health, a division of Condies which provides the highest quality of specialist financial and accountancy advice to medical professionals. As Managing Partner, Pauline is also responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm, identifying new services to complement the existing range, developing talent within the firm and ensuring continued investment in technology to enable the firm to stay at the forefront of the profession.
