  • Pauline Hogg of Condies
    Pauline Hogg
    Managing Partner

    Pauline joined the firm in 2004 and was appointed partner in April 2006, progressing to the Managing Partner role in October 2016. She is very involved in further expanding Condies Health, a division of Condies which provides the highest quality of specialist financial and accountancy advice to medical professionals. As Managing Partner, Pauline is also responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm, identifying new services to complement the existing range, developing talent within the firm and ensuring continued investment in technology to enable the firm to stay at the forefront of the profession.

  • Alan Condie of Condies
    Alan Condie

    Alan attained a Bachelor of Commerce from Edinburgh University in 1977. He joined the family firm of Condie & Co in 1977, qualified as a CA in 1979 and became a partner in the firm in 1983. His external interests have included an active role on the Lauder College Board of Management since incorporation in 1993, including Chairmanship for three years. Alan was recognised in October 2004 for his outstanding service to the Board and College by being awarded Fellowship of Lauder College (now Carnegie College), only the fourth person in the history of the College to have this honour bestowed on them.

  • Graham Pascall of Condies
    Graham Pascall

    Graham has over 25 years experience in a variety of sectors, helping clients from start-up companies to long established firms. He qualified as a CA in 1980, and joined Condie & Co. in 1987 from a large international accounting firm. He became a partner in the firm in 1991.

  • Ian McBride of Condies
    Ian McBride

    Ian qualified as a chartered accountant in 1985 before joining Condie & Co in 1988, where he has been a partner for the last 16 years. In 2005, he established Condies Tech (formerly Condies IT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Condies which offers a comprehensive range of technology and networking services. Ian has built this into one of the longest established and most experienced IT companies in Scotland, which today employs 7 full time network engineers. In 2012, Ian who is also a fully qualified Independent Financial Advisor, helped established Condies Wealth Strategies Ltd. This business now employs 5 full time staff. Ian lives in Edinburgh and is married to Lynne. They have three daughters. When he is not working, he enjoys long walks with his two dogs. He is also a keen runner and you'll find him most weekends running up hills in the Pentlands. He also competes regularly in half marathons.

    Cliff Fleming

    Cliff joined the firm as partner in 2010 from Baker Tilly where he managed an extensive portfolio of owner-operated businesses. Using his skills in business strategy and development, Cliff specialises in facilitating clients in their plans to achieve business and personal goals. This is supported by traditional tax and accountancy services.

  • Sharon Collins of Condies
    Sharon Collins

    Sharon trained with Condies and qualified in 1994. Sharon has experience in advising clients across many business sectors with a specialism in statutory audits and also charities and the not for profit sector. She also heads up our Xero online accounting software team.

  • Jason Condie of Condies Accountants
    Jason Condie

    After completing his CA training with a 'Big 4' firm and 2 years of corporate finance with a large Edinburgh firm, Jason joined Condies in 2011 and was appointed as a partner on 1 April 2014. In addition to ad hoc corporate finance assignments (projections, business plans, valuations, disposals and acquisitions), Jason's primary focus is the health sector and in particular medical practices, GPs and locums. However he also advises owner-managed businesses from start-up to established companies and helps deliver the firm's strategic planning offering.

  • Linda Nelson of Condies
    Linda Nelson

    Linda joined Condies in 2011 and was appointed as a partner on 1 April 2014.  Linda qualified as a Chartered Accountant through her training with a large Edinburgh based accounting firm where she spent 12 years, in the main acting for GPs, dentists and other professional practices. Linda’s primary role at Condies is within the Condies Health team , providing the highest quality of specialist service to health care professionals.
