Business Support Administrator 

We have an Administration position available for the right individual to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic, organised and diligent people who love teamwork and “getting the job done” in a busy and fast paced environment.
Your main responsibilities would be assisting with onboarding new clients onto our database, helping with the scanning and organising of incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining our client records via our database and assisting our business support team with all of their tasks. You will need to be proficient in using Microsoft products such as word and excel and be confident using database software. Part of the role involves communicating directly with clients and the wider team. It is vital therefore that you enjoy helping people and be a confident communicator.
